    When Customers browse the Company's website, the Company may collect device information, log information, cookies and anonymous IDs, location information, IP addresses, and individual identification informations.

〔Purpose of Using Information〕

Article 3

For the following reasons, the Company collects Personal Information to fulfill our legitimate interests, to comply with legal obligations, and to fulfill contractual obligations to parties involved in arranging travel for Customers (such as travel agents or Customers' employers) or vendors (such as credit card companies, airlines, and other third parties).

  • (1) To contact Customers to confirm reservation, etc.
  • (2) To provide services, products, and information to Customers
  • (3) To conduct marketing activities as described below
    • (a)Advertising and information provision of products, services, campaigns, etc. by means of letters, e-mails, etc. (*1, *2)

    • (*2) The Company may use information such as customer preferences and browsing history obtained from third parties in conjunction with Personal Information we already hold. In such cases, the Company will obtain prior consent from the Customers and use the information within the scope of the purposes listed above.
    • (*3) The Company's website uses cookies to enhance convenience for Customers. Please refer to "7. Cookies and Other Similar Technologies" for details on the handling of cookies.
    • (*4) The Company's website utilizes Google Analytics, a service provided by Google Inc., to understand the site browsing state of Customers. By using Google Analytics on the website, Google collects, records, and analyzes the browsing history of Customers based on cookies issued by the Company. The Company receives the analyzed results from Google in order to understand the site browsing state of the Customers. The information collected, recorded, and analyzed by Google Analytics does not contain any personally identifiable information. Furthermore, this information is managed by Google in accordance with Google's privacy policy. Customers can cease the collection of their information through the Company's use of Google Analytics by disabling it in their browser's add-on settings. This can be done by downloading and installing the "Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on" from Google's Opt-out Add-on download page and adjusting the browser's add-on settings. If Customers disable Google Analytics, it will be deactivated not only for the Company's website but also for other websites they visit. However, Customers can re-enable Google Analytics by reconfiguring their browser add-ons. 〔Methods of Information Collection〕

Article 4

The Company shall collect Personal Information as set forth in Article 2 by the following methods.

  • (1) Direct Collection from Customers
    Regarding the information described in Paragraph 1 of Article 2, the Company may collect Personal Information from Customers, through activities such as booking or using our accommodation facilities, creating accounts on our website, responding to surveys, participating in lotteries or sweepstakes, contacting customer service, or applying for or using services provided by the Company.
  • (2) Collection from Customer Devices and the Company's Network
    Regarding the information described in Paragraph 2 of Article 2, the Company may use cookies and related technologies to automatically collect Personal Information from Customers' device as a whole when Customers use our website or other content.
  • (3) Collection from Other Companies
    In order to provide Customers with convenient experiences when using the service, the Company may collect Customers' Personal Information through the use of internet services operated by other companies selected by the Company. Additionally, the Company may collect Personal Information from the following parties:
    • ·Travel agencies used by Customers
    • ·Transportation providers such as airlines used by Customers
    • ·Card companies used by Customers
  • (4) Collection from Social Media
    The Company may collect information such as contact and identity details, accommodation and purchase information, internet and network activities, and other information posted or included in profiles on social media when Customers voluntarily participate in activities or services hosted by the Company on social media.

〔Handling of Information〕

Article 5

The Company will appropriately and carefully manage the Personal Information provided by Customers, taking necessary and reasonable safety management measures to prevent risks such as leakage, loss, misuse, alteration, and unauthorized access.
Additionally, when Personal Information is collected by means of communication, the Company will strive to ensure security by using security technologies such as SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to protect against interception by third parties during transmission.

The Personal Information provided by Customers will always be managed in accordance with applicable laws.

〔Disclosure and Provision to Third Parties〕

Article 6

In order to improve the quality of services and to enhance the convenience for Customers, the Company may outsource some of the handling of Personal Information to external vendors. In such cases, the Company will provide appropriate instructions and supervision to the subcontractors to ensure proper management.

The Company will not disclose or provide Personal Information of Customers to third parties except in the following cases (excluding the joint use as described in Article 8).

  • (1) When there is customer consent
  • (2) When disclosure or provision is required by law
  • (3) When it is necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain customer consent

〔Cookies and Other Similar Technologies〕

Article 7

The Company and other stakeholders can evaluate and improve the functionality of our website by using cookie technology and related technologies on our website. Additionally, these cookies and related technologies enable the Company, ad networks, social media companies, and other service providers to display advertisements and customized content.
Customers can control the use of cookies for advertising purposes by referring to their internet browser's manual to block certain cookies or manage various cookie settings through their internet browser's settings. When Customers access the Company's website and make arrangements such as booking airline tickets or renting cars, they may be redirected from the Company's website to websites managed by third parties (hereinafter referred to as "External Websites"). In such cases, except for certain websites, these External Websites fall outside the scope of the Company's management responsibility. Therefore, when Customers directly submit Personal Information to External Websites that are not under the Company's responsibility, the Company is not liable for the methods of Personal Information collection or the privacy policies of those websites. Please review the privacy and security policies of those sites before accessing such External Websites and providing Personal Information.

〔Joint Use〕

Article 8

The Company will jointly use Customers' personal data as follows:

  • (1) Items of personal data to be shared
    Name, address, date of birth, phone number, e-mail address, transaction history, etc.
  • (2) Scope of joint users
    Group companies of the Company

However, if Customers choose not to provide certain Personal Information, it may affect their ability to access some of the Company's services.

If Customers refuses such communications or wish to change their contact preferences, they can make these changes at any time by contacting the contact point listed in Article 14 (hereinafter referred to as a "Contact Point").

To fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, the Company will retain Personal Information of Customers for the necessary and reasonable duration based on the following criteria:

  • (1) If there is an ongoing contractual relationship with Customers, and services are being provided to Customers
    (e.g., if Customers have an account with the Company or continue to use the services)

Article 13

The Company respect the rights of our Customers. In the event that a customer requests disclosure, correction, restriction, deletion, or the exercise of rights under data portability or objection based on applicable laws regarding their Personal Information, the Company will verify their identity and respond within a reasonable and necessary scope.
Furthermore, if Customers have previously given consent, they may revoke their consent by contacting the Contact Point.
